1. The service

The content, analysis, AI output, portfolio tracker and course on this site are for education and are tools to support your decisions. They are not personal investment advice or trading signals, and we are not a securities business, investment adviser or broker.

2. Risk warning

Trading stocks, forex, gold and crypto, especially with leverage, is high risk and you may lose all of your capital. Past performance and backtests do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Before using any financial service provider, check that it is licensed by the regulator in your country.

3. AI output and translations

AI analysis and AI translations of our news are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use them as a supporting view only. AI analysis has a monthly usage quota set by the site.

4. Membership and payment

You must be at least 20 years old to sign up. A Pro membership lasts for the period paid for (30 or 365 days) from approval, or from the end of your current period. It does not renew automatically. If a payment slip is invalid, we will show the reason on your account page.

5. Intellectual property

Content and course material are for members and buyers only. Do not copy, publish or resell them.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by trying to access other members' data, scraping with bots or sharing accounts.
